What we collect
Your name, email address, and password hash when you create an account; the items, bookings, messages, and files you create while using AllDibs; and standard technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.
What we use it for
To run the service: showing calendars and messages to the members of your items, sending you service emails, preventing abuse, and improving AllDibs. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see your content
Photos, files, messages, and bookings for an item are visible to that item's members. Your name is visible to members of items you share or join. Nothing you upload is public.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel and our database provider) in secure data centers. Uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time — delete individual items, messages, and files in the app, or contact us to erase your entire account. We keep backups for up to 30 days after deletion.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies.
